Prepare the story.
Then start the visit.

Invited by the clinic. Guided by Bitspan Health. A report ready for clinician review.

01 / SHARE

Start with health history.

Patients add their background, history, allergies and medication, with relevant reports or photos. Everything stays with the visit record.

02 / DESCRIBE

Describe it in your words.

AI asks one question at a time to clarify symptoms and prepares a preliminary assessment using the patient’s health history.

03 / PREPARE

Prepare a clinician summary.

A structured report is generated automatically. The pilot will pair an English summary with a Chinese version for patients to check before submitting to their clinic.

Your language.
Your health story.

Language should not be a barrier to care. We’re starting with Chinese and English to help patients prepare for conversations with their clinician.

FOR PATIENTS

Understand what may be happening.

Get help understanding possible causes, care urgency and questions still to clarify. Diagnosis and treatment are confirmed with a clinician.

FOR CLINICIANS

See the important details first.

Reports organize the main concern, symptom timeline, relevant history and unanswered questions. Patient statements are kept separate from AI assessments.

One clinic.
One visit workflow.

Our goal is to reduce time spent collecting history, clarifying symptoms and organizing information. We’ll define the interview and report template with a clinic, then measure the results.

Health profiles, guided symptom interviews and report generation are available to try. Clinic invitations, clinician inboxes and direct delivery are being built.

About the clinic pilot

Who is Bitspan Health for?

Both. In the first-stage workflow, clinics invite patients to prepare for their visit. Patients share their history and talk with AI; clinicians receive a structured report.

Can reports be sent directly to a clinic yet?

You can try the patient experience today: save health information, generate a symptom report and preliminary assessment through guided questions, and copy or save a PDF. Clinic invitations, clinician inboxes and direct delivery are not yet available.

Which languages are supported?

The current experience supports Chinese and English. A Chinese interview, an English clinician summary and a Chinese version for patient review are the planned first-pilot workflow.

What goes into a pre-visit report?

The report organizes the main concern, symptom timeline, relevant history, allergies, medication and information still to confirm. AI preliminary assessments are separately labeled for patients and clinicians to review.

Where does my health information come from?

Patients enter their health information and upload relevant reports or photos. Information and original files are saved in their health record. Clinic and hospital record systems are not yet connected automatically.
